Job Title: Project Manager – Glazing Projects

About the Job
We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to oversee commercial glazing projects from contract to closeout. This role manages schedules, budgets, subcontractors, materials, and field communication — ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on spec. You will serve as the bridge between office and field, balancing relationships with vendors, GCs, and installation crews.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project timeline, labor planning, and jobsite coordination
- Review submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings with drafting teams
- Procure materials and coordinate delivery schedules
- Track costs, budget updates, and billing milestones
- Lead internal project kickoff and weekly site meetings
- Resolve field issues and ensure jobsite safety and quality
- Maintain communication with GCs, vendors, and internal teams
- Assist with change orders, punch lists, and project closeout
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years managing commercial construction projects
- Familiarity with storefront, curtain wall, and glazing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, or similar PM software
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, and contracts
Preferred:
- Prior field glazing or estimating experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Experience with scheduling tools like Smartsheet or MS Project
Work Environment
- Office-based with frequent jobsite travel
- Requires coordination with field staff, suppliers, and clients
- Must be responsive to evolving job conditions and deadlines
