Chemical Production Operator

💲 $23/hr to start | $25/hr after training
🕒 Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do
• Operate production equipment used to mix and manufacture coating materials
• Load ingredients into tanks and mixing equipment following production instructions
• Monitor gauges, controls, and equipment during the manufacturing process
• Take samples and perform basic quality checks
• Adjust equipment settings to keep production running smoothly
• Record production data and report any equipment issues
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Keep work areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing, chemical production, or warehouse environments preferred
• Comfortable working with machinery and production equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and move throughout the production facility
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with required PPE
