We’re representing a well-established residential glass company in Idaho that’s looking to bring on an experienced Sr Project Manager to help streamline their growing workload. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting everything from scheduling and logistics to team coordination and customer communication. Strong advancement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee day-to-day operations including project scheduling, installer coordination, material ordering, and workflow tracking
- Ensure smooth communication between office, field crews, and customers
- Review measurements and job specs to verify readiness before install
- Monitor job timelines and adjust schedules or resources as needed
- Help drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in Project Management, ideally in the glass and glazing industry — especially residential/shower systems
- Strong communication and organizational skills – ability to juggle multiple jobs at once
- Experience with basic scheduling, project tracking, and vendor coordination
- Problem-solver with a “get it done” mindset and ability to lead a team
