Executive Assistant to the President
We’re seeking an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support to our Business President and Executive Leadership Team. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the President’s calendar, priorities, and daily workflow
Prepare materials, reports, and communications for meetings
Serve as liaison with executives, staff, and external partners
Plan and coordinate travel, events, and leadership meetings
Support special projects and ensure follow-up on action items
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Qualifications:
6+ years of executive support experience, including 2+ years with C-Suite leaders (8+ preferred)
Exceptional time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and build strong partnerships
Bachelor’s degree or EA certification preferred; construction industry experience a plus. Board of Directors exposure a plus.
Salary Range: $100,000/yr.-$120,000/yr.
