We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Machine Operators. In this role, you’ll set up and operate production equipment, ensure quality standards are met, and help keep our operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate production machines following established procedures
- Monitor equipment and adjust settings to meet product specifications
- Read and follow work orders, instructions, and basic blueprints
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication
- Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions
- Support multiple production areas through cross-training
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read a tape measure and use basic hand tools
- Comfortable following written instructions and standard procedures
- Basic computer skills for data entry
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable with a solid work ethic
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
