We’re looking for hands on, detail oriented individuals with manufacturing experience who enjoy problem solving, working with technology, and being part of a strong team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor coating line production equipment
- Adjust process settings and troubleshoot issues
- Perform testing and quality checks
- Track production data and maintain accurate records
- Support continuous improvement projects
- Train and collaborate with team members to keep operations running efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using computers and tracking production data
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and safety
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Technical or process control experience is a plus
