Viracon is continuously hiring entry-level Production Associates to support our night shift operations in Owatonna, MN.
Pay Range: $18.60–$20.15/hr
What You’ll Do
You will support manufacturing operations by assisting with workstation setup, loading and unloading materials, cutting, assembling, and inspecting glass products. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and meets quality standards.
What We’re Looking For
This is an entry-level role. No prior manufacturing experience is required. Candidates should be dependable, able to work a night shift schedule, follow instructions, and work safely in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required.
Hiring Criteria
To be considered for direct hire, candidates must meet one of the following:
• Minimum of 6 months of continuous employment with a single employer within the past 3 years (1 year preferred). Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Completion of at least 6 months of college, technical, or vocational education within the past 12 months.
• Military service within the past 5 years with an honorable discharge.
• High school diploma or equivalent obtained within the past 12 months.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, including marijuana.
• Ability to safely lift 50–60 lbs on a regular basis.

Criterios de Contratación
